FULL-TIME CNA-OFFICE ASSISTANT – EVERETT
Infusion Solutions is seeking a full-time Office Assistant/CNA to support both clinical operations and administrative workflows at our Everett infusion clinic. This dual-role position plays a key part in patient care—prepping infusion suites, rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting nurses—while also managing vital office tasks like inventory, scheduling, and maintaining clean, organized clinical spaces. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing a seamless patient experience from check-in to treatment.
This is a full-time, set-schedule position based onsite in Everett.

FULL-TIME REIMBURSEMENT SPECIALIST – REMOTE
Infusion Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reimbursement Specialist to support our home infusion billing operations. This fully remote role is ideal for a proactive professional with strong collections experience and a deep understanding of home infusion reimbursement. Responsibilities include submitting clean claims, resolving denials, managing patient A/R, and interpreting payer contracts. Must have 2+ years of medical billing experience, including home infusion. Familiarity with CPR+ or CareTend preferred. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST.

Infusion Solutions is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality infusion care across Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties, with occasional travel to our Everett infusion center. This patient-centered role includes administering IV medications, managing access sites (PICC, PAC, CVC, PIV), and empowering patients through self-infusion education. Nurses deliver care in both home settings and our comfortable ambulatory suites, collaborating closely with physicians, pharmacists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.
