Infusion Solutions is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to provide high-quality infusion care across Whatcom, Skagit, and Island Counties, with occasional travel to our Everett infusion center. This patient-centered role includes administering IV medications, managing access sites (PICC, PAC, CVC, PIV), and empowering patients through self-infusion education. Nurses deliver care in both home settings and our comfortable ambulatory suites, collaborating closely with physicians, pharmacists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

Infusion Solutions is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse to support home infusion patients across Snohomish County, with additional shifts at our ambulatory infusion suites in Everett. This patient-centered role includes administering IV medications, managing access sites (PICC, PAC, CVC, PIV), and empowering patients through self-infusion education. Nurses deliver care in both home settings and our comfortable ambulatory suites, collaborating closely with physicians, pharmacists, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional outcomes.

FULL-TIME REIMBURSEMENT SPECIALIST – REMOTE
Infusion Solutions is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Reimbursement Specialist to join the growing home infusion and specialty pharmacy team. This full-time, Monday–Friday remote role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of home infusion billing experience, strong knowledge of insurance payers, and a passion for problem-solving. Familiarity with CareTend or CPR+ software is highly preferred.This position plays a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate billing and collections, resolving claim denials, and supporting patients through excellent customer service.

PART-TIME REGISTERED NURSE – BELLINGHAM
Infusion Solutions is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (2–3 days/week) to provide high-quality infusion care to patients living in the Whidbey Island, Coupeville, and Oak Harbor areas. This patient-centered role includes administering IV medications, managing access sites (PICC, PAC, CVC, PIV), and empowering patients through self-infusion education. Nurses deliver care primarily in patients’ homes, with support from our clinical and pharmacy teams to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
