FULL-TIME HOME INFUSION BILLING SPECIALIST REMOTE
Infusion Solutions is seeking a full-time Home Infusion Billing Specialist to support accurate and timely billing for our home infusion and specialty pharmacy services. This primarily remote role includes occasional on-site visits and involves submitting clean claims, resolving denials, and managing payer relationships.
Candidates must have at least two years of medical billing experience, including home infusion, and strong knowledge of insurance contracts and claims processes. CPR+ or CareTend experience is preferred.

PER DIEM PART TIME REGISTERED NURSE – BELLEVUE/EASTSIDE

FULL-TIME LEAD COMPOUND TECHNICIAN – FEDERAL WAY
Infusion Solutions is seeking a full-time Lead Compound Technician to support sterile compounding and infusion services at our Federal Way location. This role includes preparing and compounding IV medications, performing pharmaceutical calculations, overseeing clean room staff and equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 standards. The Technician will also train new staff, assist pharmacists with quality assurance, manage supplies, and maintain accurate records for safe, high-quality patient care.
