INFUSION VERIFICATION PHARMACIST – BELLINGHAM
Infusion Solutions, a Specialty and Home Infusion Pharmacy serving Washington state, is seeking an Infusion Verification Pharmacist to join our Bellingham team. In this role, you will oversee sterile compounding and dispensing functions, perform final verification of compounded and ancillary medications, review infusion pump programming, and supervise pharmacy staff involved in sterile compounding. You will also collaborate with our clinical team on patient care activities, with opportunities to advance into a Clinical Pharmacist role.
Qualified candidates will hold a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy, be licensed in Washington, and have at least one year of pharmacist experience. Home infusion or sterile compounding experience is preferred. Strong communication skills and a growth mindset are essential.

PART-TIME AND FULL-TIME REGISTERED NURSES – BELLINGHAM
Infusion Solutions, a Home and Specialty Infusion Pharmacy serving Northwest Washington, is seeking part-time (2–3 days/week) and full-time (4 days/week) Registered Nurses for our Bellingham team. Candidates will also be required to commute to our Everett office. You will provide IV infusion therapy in patient homes, manage access devices, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and fellow nurses to optimize outcomes. Candidates must hold an active RN license in Washington, have at least one year of clinical experience (hospital, home infusion, or home health preferred), strong IV skills (training available), and a valid driver’s license.

FULL-TIME REGISTERED NURSE – EVERETT
Infusion Solutions, a Home and Specialty Infusion Pharmacy serving Northwest Washington, is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Everett team. In this role, you will provide IV infusion therapy in both patient homes and our ambulatory infusion suites, manage access devices, educate and support patients in their care, and collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, dietitians, and fellow nurses to optimize patient outcomes. Qualified candidates will hold an active RN license in Washington, have at least one year of clinical nursing experience (hospital, home infusion, or home health preferred), possess strong IV skills (training available for the right candidate), and hold a valid driver’s license. This full-time role includes flexible scheduling with rotating weekends (1–2 per month), offering the opportunity to deliver meaningful patient care in a supportive, collaborative, and patient-focused environment.

FULL-TIME PHARMACY TECHNICIAN – FEDERAL WAY
Infusion Solutions, a Specialty and Home Infusion Pharmacy serving Washington state, is seeking a Full-Time Pharmacy Technician to join our Federal Way team. In this role, you will prepare and compound sterile IV medications, manage pharmacy supplies, support pharmacists in daily operations, and help maintain compliance with state and federal requirements. You will also play a key role in ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient infusion therapy preparation for patients across Washington.
Qualified candidates will hold a current Washington State Pharmacy Technician license, have at least one year of pharmacy technician experience, and demonstrate strong organizational and computer skills. Experience with IV compounding is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
