Important Information About Insurance

We have insurance experts on staff to ensure each and every patient will be given the correct financial information before therapy is started. They will contact your insurance company prior to your first visit to obtain the following information:

  •  Whether a prior authorization is required
  •  Whether the provider you have scheduled with or been referred to is a network provider
  •  What your out of pocket costs will be for the visit
  •  What your maximum benefit for the fiscal or calendar year is and if visits are available
  •  Whether IV infusion therapy is covered or excluded

Some health insurance companies require that you see a network provider to be eligible for full benefits. In the event that we are not contracted with your insurance company, we will happily work with you and bill your insurance whenever possible.
